Ms. Harvey practices out of Holmes Weddle & Barcott’s Seattle office in the areas of maritime and workers’ compensation litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harvey earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at the University of Arizona with an emphasis on Health Systems, Theories, and Practice. She later attended law school at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and graduated with a certificate in Trial Advocacy. There, Ms. Harvey was an associate editor for the Law Journal for Social Justice and wrote on topics related to disability policy and LGBTQ+ issues. Based on her academic performance in law school, Ms. Harvey was awarded a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Decedents’ Estates.

During law school, Ms. Harvey assisted with her professor’s research on criminal procedure, which has since been published in the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. She also interned for the Maricopa County Office of the Public Defender and private criminal defense, business law, and estate planning firms.

Ms. Harvey is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
