Ms. Divya Dhami joined the Seattle office of Holmes Weddle & Barcott in 2025, where she supports business transactions and litigation. 

An award and scholarship recipient, Ms. Dhami received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. During her time in law school, she was selected as editor of the prestigious Seattle University Law Review and served as leadership for multiple law school groups. Her extensive law school experience includes working as a research assistant for Professor Sara Rankin focusing on homeless rights advocacy, and as a teaching assistant with independent study for Professor Ian Harris researching the evolution and profound implications of health data protection. Ms. Dhami is beginning her legal career with a strong foundation in government and in-house practice, having previously worked at the Washington Court of Appeals and TerraPower. Prior to law school, her wide-ranging professional experience involved the technology, non-profit, and policy sectors – authoring policy publications, delivering data-driven strategies for Fortune 500 clients, advocating for environmental policies, and working in commission-based sales/personal styling at Nordstrom. 

Ms. Dhami attended the University of British Columbia as an undergraduate and studied Political Science and Economics. During her time there, she excelled in qualitative analysis and quantitative regression analysis through research including using quantitative regression analysis supported by database building to identify electoral shifts.
