Dana O’Day-Senior has been a Shareholder at Holmes Weddle & Barcott, P.C., since 2021 and currently leads the firm’s Longshore and Defense Base Act practice group, where her practice focuses on Longshore and Defense Base Act defense. Prior to Joining HWB as an associate in 2012, Ms. O’Day-Senior served as an attorney adviser to the Honorable William Dorsey (now retired) with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges in San Francisco, California.
Ms. O’Day-Senior earned her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from University of California College of the Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law), where she also was a member of the Order of the Coif and Thurston Honors Society, and served as a Senior Production Editor for the Hastings Law Journal (now UC Law Journal). Ms. O’Day-Senior also serves on the boards of directors of a both Washington’s Professionals in Workers Compensation and the QLaw Foundation of Washington, and in the past has been a member of the UC Law Journal’s alumni advisory board.
