Ms. Weaver practices out of the Seattle office, representing employers under the Washington State Industrial Insurance Act and the Washington State Industrial Safety and Health Act.  Prior to joining the firm, she spent over two years representing claimants in workers’ compensation cases and social security disability hearings, litigating at the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, Superior Court, Washington State Court of Appeals, and United States federal district court.  She also practiced landlord-tenant law for a brief time following graduation.

While in law school, Ms. Weaver externed at the Court of Appeals, Division II.  She was also a Moderate Means Program fellow and spent one summer representing claimants in unemployment compensation hearings.

Ms. Weaver is often a guest judge for Seattle University School of Law’s end-of-semester appellate oral arguments as well as the Fredric C. Tausend and James E. Bond Moot Court competitions.  In her spare time, she enjoys writing, British period dramas, and UW football.
